Fields per student
- First name (display)
- Parent email + parent name (for branded emails)
- CEFR level (Pre-A1 → C2)
- Private notes
- 🆕 Pronunciation hint (for AI praise audio — see related article)
Archive vs delete
Archiving keeps history (past classes, recordings, stars). Use it when a student stops attending — you can restore them later. There is no hard-delete by design.
