How it works
After a class, you can manually trigger a 3-emoji feedback email to a parent. They tap one button — done. We aggregate to a net score (-100 to +100).
Why it matters
- Spot unhappy parents BEFORE they churn
- Pattern detection (is one student always neutral?)
- Marketing gold for the happy ones (testimonials)
Privacy
Each token is single-use and 14-day expiry. Parent can't re-vote. We never expose individual scores publicly — only the aggregate.
