My Schedule — booking and managing classes

Where you book one-off or recurring classes, reschedule, cancel, or start one early.

Booking a class

  • Teacher Admin → My Schedule → Book class
  • Pick a student from your roster (or enter manually)
  • Set date, time, and duration (default 25 min)
  • Add private notes (only you see them)

Three filters

Toggle Upcoming / Past / All to see different slices. Search by title or student name.

Per-class actions

  • 🟢 Start — opens the live classroom with this lesson preloaded
  • ✏️ Edit — change time, title, notes
  • 🗑 Cancel — soft-cancel, parent gets notified

Use the Calendar Sync URL (Settings) to see your schedule in Google/Apple/Outlook.
