How invites work
Teacher Admin → Sub-Teachers → Invite. Enter their email. They get a branded email from you with a one-click accept link. Once they accept, they sign in with their own account but their billing rolls up to yours.
What they get
- Their own teacher profile, branding, students, recordings
- AI quota shared with the academy bucket
- They can't see other sub-teachers' data
How to revoke
Hit revoke on the invitation. They lose access immediately. Their past classes/recordings stay in your academy admin.
