What happens to a document you upload
- It is stored in a separate PRIVATE storage bucket — no public link can ever exist.
- An AI pre-screen reads it once to extract the institution name and a confidence score; that extract is encrypted.
- Only the CEO can open the file, and only through a signed link minted at the moment of clicking — it expires after 60 seconds.
- After the approve/reject decision the document is deleted; the badge decision is what remains.
Official .edu / .gov e-mail domains are fast-tracked; everything else waits for a human review.
