Lesson objective

By the end of this 50-minute lesson, students will be able to use the target language confidently in the reading domain at CEFR B2.

Warm-up (5 min)

Open with a quick discussion question or vocab review to activate prior knowledge.

Presentation (10 min)

Introduce the new language with visuals and clear examples.

Practice (15 min)

  • Controlled practice: gap-fill exercise
  • Semi-controlled: pair work
  • Free practice: role-play or written prompt

Production (10 min)

Students use the new language in an authentic communicative task.

Cool-down (5 min)

Exit ticket: one sentence using the target language.
